Avoid the queues by buying your tickets online - it's quick, easy and secure.

Simply select your tickets from the options on the right, click 'Next' and follow the instructions.

Your DigiTicket will be sent straight away to the email address you supplied. At busy times, please allow a couple of minutes for this to arrive, and remember to check your junk mail folder if it isn't in your inbox.

How will I receive my membership or other merchandise?

We will automatically send this to the address given and you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 days.

You will be emailed a Digiticket which acts as your receipt – you do not need to print this or do anything else with it.

If you have not received your membership after 7 days please call us on 01803 520022 and we will look into this for you.

How will I receive my event ticket(s)?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.

For all events except Occombe Beer Festival: it is not essential that you print this as you will automatically be added to the attendance register for the event(s) that you have booked.

For Occombe Beer Festival: you need to print your e-ticket and bring it with you to Occombe Beer Festival. If you have purchased tickets for several people you will receive an e-ticket for each of them. It is your responsibility to ensure that they receive this - even if you are arriving together each person must have a separate ticket, each has a unique bar code.

What if I don’t have a printer?

For Occombe Beer Festival

For speed it it preferable that you bring a print out of your e-tickets. If this is not possibe we will be able to scan your e-ticket from a smart phone displaying the bar code on screen.

For all other Events

You can print off your receipt if you wish to however it is not necessary as the ranger running the event will have you listed on their attendance register under the name on your Paypal account.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day?

Where events state ‘Booking Essential’ you will need to book in advance. Many of our events have a maximum capacity and there is no guarantee that tickets can be purchased on the day unless the event states ‘Booking is not required’.
